The canary's "Publish documentation and validate versions" job failed with exit code 137 while cloning `airflow-site` (https://github.com/apache/airflow/actions/runs/40200075185/job/121192717597), the first canary since it moved to self-hosted runners. The SBOM step stops its cdxgen servers by terminating their `docker run` processes, but `docker run -t` does not forward signals to the container, so every server kept running, and holding its memory, for the rest of the job. On the new 8-CPU runners it starts eight of them. Each container now has a name and is removed when breeze exits.
