Remove unused API test helpers, their exclusive BytesIO import, and an unused non-autouse SDK fixture (34 test lines). No collected test cases are removed. Validation: Ruff and required fast/manual checks passed. Shared trees: full SDK 4247 passed / 6 skipped (`bf2a6f9a33`), provider DB 4430 passed / 306 skipped and provider mypy passed (`9f45ce43f6`), and all 116 selected Python doc projects built (103 broad, 13 serial retries after resource/render failures). Shared core validation had 18 non-DB failures and one DB timeout; every affected case passed serial retry. The original broad runs remain recorded as failed. Provider non-DB had 34 failures plus 4 worker-crash errors; all 38 passed serial retry.
