#60855 went out in 3.2.0. Also #60855 was a Task SDK change, not Execution API,
so that line needs a tweak too.

AIRFLOW_V_3_2_PLUS in this PR or as a separate one?

Thanks @anishgirianish — both points are right, fixed in 0d391fef37.

**Version floor.** 3.1.9 was never released (3.1.8 is the last 3.1.x on
PyPI, and #60855 landed in the 3.2.0 milestone), so 3.2.0 is the lowest version
a reader can actually be running. All four surfaces now say 3.2.0:
`celery_executor.rst`, the `task_acks_late` description in `provider.yaml`, its
generated mirror in `get_provider_info.py`, and the `_broker_transport_options`
warning in `default_celery.py`.

**Task SDK, not Execution API.** Agreed, and thanks for the correction — the
409 was already there; what #60855 changed is `TaskInstanceOperations.start()`
translating it into `TaskAlreadyRunningError` in
`task-sdk/src/airflow/sdk/api/client.py`. The RST now names that exception
rather than crediting the Execution API.

   **The gate itself.** Leaving `AIRFLOW_V_3_1_9_PLUS` → `AIRFLOW_V_3_2_PLUS`
to a separate PR per @eladkal. Happy to raise it if nobody else has it.
