The `project_id` parameter of `BigQueryGetDataOperator` (and the `_assign_project_id` helper that emitted its deprecation warning) was deprecated in #59866 in favour of `table_project_id`, with a planned removal date of June 30, 2026. That date has passed, so this removes the parameter, the helper, the templated field and the deprecation note in the operator docs. Users still passing `project_id=` should switch to `table_project_id=`.
