URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/76221

Sync `airflow-ctl/v0-1-test` into `airflow-ctl/v0-1-stable` for the
airflow-ctl 0.1.6 release.

`airflow-ctl/v0-1-stable` is not an ancestor of `airflow-ctl/v0-1-test`: the
0.1.5 sync (#67294) was squash-merged and #70726 landed on `-stable` as a
different patch than #70724 on `-test`. The head branch is therefore `-test` at
`d4b3fa45fd` (#76208) rebased onto `-stable` (`93fc24af68`), so this PR is a
clean fast-forward of 77 commits:

   - Every commit keeps its author, author date and message; all are signed.
   - Tree identical to the `-test` tip `d4b3fa45fd` (`git diff` empty).
   - Dropped as empty on replay: #71096 and #71097, whose content `-stable`
already carries through #70726.
   - Re-resolved on replay against #70726: #70201 (`generated.py`), #75073
(Actions pins), #70724 (release-branch CI); the `-test` side was taken in each
case.

Not yet included: the 0.1.6 version bump and release notes. They will be
added to `-test` first and this branch rebased again before the release
candidate is cut.

Verification on the `-test` tip, all against Airflow 3.2.2, 3.3.2 and
3.4.0rc2 images: airflow-ctl unit tests (612 passed), mypy, generated-model
compatibility against the 3.2.0–3.4.0rc2 OpenAPI specs, `breeze testing
airflow-ctl-integration-tests` (0 failures), and an `airflowctl` smoke run of
every command group.
