#74709: tested on rc2, works. The Dag shows up as an import error with the
timetable traceback.
#74499: does not work on rc2. Since #75765 the timetable is loaded lazily,
so `cached_get_dag()` no longer raises; the error comes from
`dag.timetable.periodic` in `_update_state`, outside the try, and the scheduler
still crashes. As far as I can tell this is not a regression from 3.3.x, which
has no handling for this case. Fix: #76288
Separate issue, not caused by either PR: when a custom timetable calls
`Variable.get` during deserialization in the scheduler or Dag processor,
`create_session()` closes the caller's scoped session. The scheduler then
crashes with `DetachedInstanceError`, and the Dag processor silently drops
DagModel updates for that file. Repro: a plugin timetable whose `deserialize`
calls `Variable.get("missing_var")`.
