I've taken [~alikemalocalan]'s work and re-written it from scratch with a whole
bunch of improvements. It should serve as the new and stable set of hooks,
operators and sensors for airflow DAGs written to run on HDInsight:

Will plan on converting this to a legit airflow provider and contributing to
airflow itself when i get the time.
