I've taken @alikemalocalan work and re-written it from scratch with a whole
bunch of improvements. It should serve as the new and stable set of hooks,
operators and sensors for airflow DAGs written to run on HDInsight:
https://github.com/angadsingh/airflow-hdinsight
Will plan on converting this to a legit airflow provider and contributing to
airflow itself when i get the time.
