Is there anything blocking this one — particularly the non-mechanical design call to reimplement `FlinkTestBase` / `AmoroCatalogITCaseBase` / `CatalogITCaseBase` inline instead of extending the still-JUnit-4 iceberg/amoro-common bases, or the `AmoroRunListener` move + SPI registration?
