j1wonpark opened a new pull request, #4383:
URL: https://github.com/apache/amoro/pull/4383

   ## Why are the changes needed?

The `Optimizer group` properties table lists each `dynamic-allocation.*`
property individually, but there was no prose explaining how dynamic resource
allocation (DRA) actually behaves — what triggers a scale-up, what triggers a
scale-down, and how draining works. This PR adds that explanation next to the
property table.

It also drops the `(AIP-5)` proposal reference from the
`dynamic-allocation.enabled` property description, since no other property or
feature on this page cites an internal proposal number.

   ## Brief change log

   - `docs/admin-guides/managing-optimizers.md`: add a "Dynamic resource
allocation" subsection under `Optimizer group` covering the scale-up/scale-down
triggers, constraints, and a config example; remove the `(AIP-5)` reference
from the `dynamic-allocation.enabled` property description.

   ## How was this patch tested?

   - [x] Docs-only change, no test cases needed
   - N/A screenshots (no UI change)
   - Cross-checked the new section against the `DynamicAllocationConfig`
implementation and the existing property table for accuracy

   ## Documentation

   - Does this pull request introduce a new feature? no
   - If yes, how is the feature documented? not applicable — the feature itself
already shipped in #4272 / #4296; this PR only adds explanatory documentation
for it.
