## Why are the changes needed? Close #4381. Cross-checked every jar in a built binary distribution against LICENSE-binary using each jar's embedded license metadata (LICENSE files, pom.xml, MANIFEST). Found one misclassification and roughly two dozen missing entries across Apache 2.0, EPL 2.0, CDDL 1.0/1.1, MIT, and BSD. ## Brief change log - Move Jersey's containers group from Apache 2.0 to EPL 2.0; add its core/inject groups - Add CDDL 1.0/1.1 sections for previously undocumented javax.* dependencies; rename orphaned LICENSE.jaxb to LICENSE.javax.json - Fix a commons-compile/commons-compiler typo - Add previously undocumented Apache 2.0, MIT, and BSD dependencies - Elect the Apache 2.0 option of jsqlparser's dual license, per ASF policy ## How was this patch tested? N/A - documentation-only change (LICENSE-binary).
