Note: there are tests like SplittableDoFnTest that, in Dataflow runner, would
currently be streaming-only (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-2483).
As part of the current JIRA, we should probably add a category for
streaming-only tests - perhaps there's a use case for batch-only tests too.
