I have started a fork here: https://github.com/Kochava/beam/tree/s3
- I'll go through the contributor documents to see what I'm missing before
asking for formal review.
- Need to add tests, probably just peek at GCS again.
- I haven't added concurrency to the FileSystem public methods yet, but it's
pretty performant without it.
Can BEAM-2500 be assigned to me?
