[~jmarble] Hi, I took a look at the implementation, one comment, maybe it makes
sense to move it from java/extensions/amazon-web-services-core/ to
java/io/amazon-web-services/s3 so users can find it easily. We can eventually
also move the other Amazon related IOs there (KinesisIO and your upcoming
RedshiftIO).
