@aaltay I don't know the very minimal version for which it will work. Are
there concerns with setting 36.7.2?
Also do we really need to parse version here to get the container name as
opposed to using
`container_version=pkg_resources.get_distribution(GOOGLE_PACKAGE_NAME).version`?
