**The SolrIO now has a PR ([https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/4905).] I'll
wait for that review process to complete before implementing for
ElasticsearchIO as the implementations should be consistent.
I suggest we consider this blocked by BEAM-3201 as it will result in duplicate
documents in Elasticsearch.
