I agree that SolrIO and ESIO exponential backoffs should be coherent. Good
point to wait for the review of the first one.
Also agree that BEAM-3201 is a blocker but I don't think that BEAM-3201 and the
current ticket are related because we will only retry in case of failed
insertions so retrying will not result in any more duplicated docs.
