@ElliottBrossard, I think the issue is Still in Dataflow Since, When we Read
Numeric Field it Gives Byte as return type and We are Using String So
Conversion is Also Needed:
java.lang.RuntimeException: org.apache.beam.sdk.util.UserCodeException:
com.google.common.base.VerifyException: Expected Avro schema type STRING, not
BYTES, for BigQuery NUMERIC field
