In t:#11117, a hint was added to the //Admin > Basic Settings// panel when
`pytz` is not installed: //Install pytz for a complete list of
timezones.//
The change will be pushed shortly and will be included in Trac 1.0.2. The
template `bh_admin_basic.html` will need to be updated accordingly.
