Following up on comment:3:ticket:629 and comment:4:ticket:629, I think we
should consider adding `bhrelations_links` in the
`IEnvironmentUpgradeParticipant` implementation, similar to how `ticket-
workflow` is added in
[http://trac.edgewall.org/browser/tags/trac-1.0.1/trac/ticket/default_workflow.py?marks=149,153-154#L134
default_workflow].
I've prepared a patch, but need to do some more testing. I'm just posting
it now in hopes of getting initial feedback: [attachment:t630-bhrelations-
