Bookkeeper version 4.16.6 Description: the metric NUM_UNDER_REPLICATED_LEDGERS, keeps showing high number of ur ledgerseven though there is none when checking using bookkeeper shel: bin/bookkeeper shell listunderreplicated after restarting the auto-restore process, the metrics refreshes and the number of ur ledgers goes back down.
