There are two identical KEYS files:
http://www.apache.org/dist/buildr/1.3.5/KEYS
http://www.apache.org/dist/buildr/KEYS
The one in the 1.3.5/ subdirectory should be removed, and the link from
http://buildr.apache.org/download.html#dist changed accordingly.
