I'd like to move the KEYS under each released versions e.g. buildr/1.3.5/KEYS,
because keys may change, committers may change, etc.
But, I didn't have write access to the 1.3.4 directory in order copy the file
into it. Should I submit an infra request or is this something you can help
with?
