Project recompilation problem

Hello,
I did following on Apache ODE 1.X project. Entered axis2-war, run test, like
this:
buildr _1.3.5_ test:BpelActivityTest
then run it again
buildr _1.3.5_ test:BpelActivityTest
And on second run, I would expect my whole project is not recompiled (like for
example ode-utils).
