Well, i only found one usage of `BuiltInMethod.HASH_JOIN`, so i'm a little
confused why we have 3 (now 4) `ExtendedEnumerable#hashJoin` methods.
Broadly i agree to add full arguments type to `BuiltInMethod#HASH_JOIN`,
