So you think the better way is to use `SqlKind.OTHER_FUNCTION`? It's fine to me as I don't know what's the better solution for that. `Descriptor` is supposed to have the same scope as the TVF for sure. I think that's what I am doing this PR: build the scope from the first operand of TVF, then use that scope for `Descriptor`. I will try to add more tests first then. That should be easier to do.
