Added a few more tests related to `DESCRIPTOR`. There is no obvious parser negative syntax so didn't add any. Table functions are already tested so didn't add any either. - For SqlValidatorTest. Tested incorrect signatures of `TUMBLE`. - SqlToRelConverterTest. Added a test to test generated plan.
