Turn off the related tests、temporarily delete problematic test、or using the release version of `calcite-avatica` modify the `.github/workflows/main.yml` can solve issue of CI builds as a workaround. So, we can keep the current states that disable avatica's travis job that uses calcite master or merge this PR and re-open the avatica's travis job in CALCITE-4880.
