thanks for reviewing. the old code use `case NULL`, the NULL is
SqlTypeFamily. however some other types such as UNKNOWN, the family is also
NULL. here just use SqlTypeUtil#isNull to truly indicate NULL type. use
continue will skip this null literal element.
