The reason is that a subquery will also be executed from the SqlTester:
```Query: select concat(p1, p0) from (values (x'61', _UTF8'方解石')) as t(p0,
p1)```
Here, p0 and p1 are not literals, so the precision cannot be accurately
calculated. This subquery is generated by the current SqlTester secondary
