   ```f.checkString("concat(x'616263','abc')", "616263616263", "BINARY(6) NOT 
NULL"); ```This correctly calculates binary(6) probably because 'abc' is an 
English character, and the length of a character is 1. But if it is a Chinese 
character, the number of bytes in 'calcite' should be 9, because Chinese 
characters occupy 3 bytes.
