In this PR I have not yet used `CoreQuidemTest2` to run all iq files because there are still some `CorrelationId`-related issues to resolve around subquery removal and decorrelation (e.g. [CALCITE-7340](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-7340)). However, the results look good so far based on the `blank.iq` file that `CoreQuidemTest2` already supports.
