### Description Following up issues revealed by the tentative upgrade to hyperfoil 0.28.0. The investigation below was led to review possible options. One option would be to remain on hyperfoil 0.27.0. In which case, we would not have any bug correction, CVEs fix nor update as maintaining LTS branches can't be done at [HYPERFOIL-629](https://github.com/Hyperfoil/Hyperfoil/issues/629). It doesn't seems reasonable to take such a risk, especially in a build chain. The other option would be to execute the load generator with a distinct version of the JVM. However, this breaks some of the shortcuts from the initial design. All maven plugins runs in the same JVM then a more complex test infrastructure would need to be designed from scratch. This is not a viable option either. Conclusion, it's more reasonable and safer to remove the perf-regression-tool from the camel-quarkus project.
