Correction on my previous reply about point 2: those options (`bulkheadFairCallHandlingEnabled`, `maxWaitDurationInHalfOpenState`, `slidingWindowSynchronizationStrategy`) were not removed — they were **added** by CAMEL-24137 (phase 1). They exist in the current source code. The catalog diff that appeared to show removals was a regeneration artifact from a stale local catalog state, not actual option removals.
