## Description
When using Camel REST DSL with JSON data format binding mode in a Camel
Quarkus application, Camel defaults `autoDiscoverObjectMapper` to `false`. As a
result, REST endpoints do not automatically pick up the Quarkus-configured
Jackson `ObjectMapper` bean and its registered modules/customizers unless
explicitly configured in `restConfiguration()`.
## Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Quarkus application with `camel-quarkus-rest` and
`camel-quarkus-jackson`.
2. Define a custom `ObjectMapperCustomizer` or register modules (e.g.,
custom date format or Java Time module).
3. Define a REST DSL route with JSON binding enabled:
```java
rest("/users").get().outType(UserDto.class).to("direct:getUser");
