_Claude Code on behalf of Claus Ibsen._

Fixes #3096. This removes `- "camel:core"` from `spec.dependencies` of the
162 Kamelets that listed it, both in `kamelets/` and in the library copies.
Every Camel runtime has camel-core, and the other 97 Kamelets already left it
out.

`camel:kamelet` stays in all 259 Kamelets: it is the `camel-kamelet`
artifact that runs the template, not part of camel-core.

   **Other changes:**
   - **`KameletsCatalogTest.testGetKameletsDependencies`:** aws-sqs-source and
cassandra-sink each have one dependency less, so the expected counts go from 3
to 2 and from 4 to 3.
   - **Catalog SBOM:** regenerated by the build. camel-core leaves the
`dependsOn` lists, and its own library entry is gone.
   - **`ValidateKameletsMojo`:** it keeps `camel:core` in its skip list, so a
Kamelet that still lists it validates as before.

**Verification:** `mvn clean install` passes, including
`KameletsCanonicalTest`, `KameletsCatalogTest` and the Kamelet validation.

**Merge order:** #3095 touches the dependency lists of six of these
Kamelets. Whichever PR merges second may need a rebase, and I'll do it.

Related: apache/camel#27473 (CAMEL-25403) makes the Camel AI tools note
`camel:core` in a Kamelet file as implied.
