@oscerd, your CHANGES_REQUESTED was raised on `dc96094c` (the `WORKER_THREAD_POOL` approach), which has since been replaced with `FORK_JOIN_POOL` — exactly the fallback your review mentioned. The daemon-thread failure in `DefaultExecutorServiceManagerTest` you traced to root cause no longer applies. @davsclaus has approved the latest commit (`1db5ec6f`) and CI is green.
