Review Comment:
⚠️ **Residual gap when value contains `)&` AND starts with `{` or ends with
`}`**
The `)&` check is correct — `RAW(...)` terminates early only at `)&`, and
`RAW{...}` avoids that. But `RAW{value}` is itself unsafe when `value` starts
with `{` (the Camel property-placeholder resolver sees `{{...}}`). The code
comment documents the concern but doesn't guard against it. Example: `value =
{"filter":"(x)&y"}` → `RAW{{"filter":"(x)&y"}}` → placeholder resolution fails.
Check both conditions before choosing the form:
```suggestion
if (value.contains(")&")) {
// RAW(...) would end early at ")&"; use RAW{...} only if
value
// doesn't start with '{' or end with '}'
(property-placeholder ambiguity)
if (!value.startsWith("{") && !value.endsWith("}")) {
return "RAW{" + value + "}";
}
// Both RAW forms are unsafe: percent-encode '&' so no RAW
is needed
return value.replace("&", "%26");
}
return "RAW(" + value + ")";
```
