Croway opened a new pull request, #27813:
URL: https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27813

   Fixes https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25534

Documentation only, no runtime change. Follow-up to CAMEL-24848: the
`subject` option still said "Setting the subject in the header takes precedence
over this option", while `useHeaderSubject` defaults to false since CAMEL-23747
(4.21), so the Subject header is ignored unless that option is set. Coding
agents reading the catalog through camel-jbang-mcp took the note literally and
sent mails with an empty subject.

   - `MailConfiguration#setSubject` javadoc: the Subject header is ignored
unless `useHeaderSubject=true`, in which case it overrides the option.
   - `MailBinding`: the two comments that still described the old default.
   - `mail-component.adoc`: the subject and To/From header examples now set the
`useHeader*` options, and the section "Headers take precedence over
pre-configured recipients" is reworded to match the `useHeader*` table below it.
   - Regenerated: the six mail component JSON files, the catalog mirror, the
endpoint and component DSL builders.

A backport to camel-4.22.x alongside CAMEL-24848 keeps the 4.22.2 catalog
consistent.
