Closing in favour of #27790 (CAMEL-25498, by @tools400), which was opened earlier, is already merged, and takes the more correct approach: it dashes only the camelCase option-name segments and keeps user-chosen names, whereas this PR wrote all `quarkus.*` keys verbatim — which (per @davsclaus's point about SmallRye Config matching names character-by-character) would make camelCase Quarkus option keys such as `quarkus.http.rootPath` silently ignored.
