Backport of #27721 (CAMEL-25585) to `camel-4.22.x` (ships in 4.22.2). Straight cherry-pick of the squash commit `6fdf569`, with one mechanical difference: the main-only `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_24.adoc` entry is omitted (the 4.22 upgrade-guide note is added to `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_22.adoc` on `main` separately). Code, test, component `Security` doc and catalog mirror are identical to the original. Full `camel-chunk` test suite passes on this branch (junit6, 8 new tests incl. StringBuilder, List-of-Maps and the `slice` filter); `-Psourcecheck` green.
