Backport of #27721 (CAMEL-25585) to `camel-4.18.x` (ships in 4.18.6). Cherry-pick of the squash commit `6fdf569`, adapted for this branch: - the main-only `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_24.adoc` entry is omitted (the 4.18 note goes in `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_18.adoc` on `main` separately); - the catalog doc mirror is omitted — `camel-4.18.x` does not track generated catalog component docs under `src/generated`; - the test import is adapted from `test.junit6` to `test.junit5` (this branch uses JUnit 5). The code change, the component `Security` doc note, and the tests are otherwise identical. Full `camel-chunk` suite passes (8 new tests incl. StringBuilder, List-of-Maps and the `slice` filter); `-Psourcecheck` green.
