Review Comment:
   _Claude Code on behalf of Christoph Deppisch_

   Addressed by the architecture change to extend MockEndpoint. There is no
`resolveValidationSpec` method anymore — validation is dispatched via
MockEndpoint's `whenExchangeReceived()` / `whenAnyExchangeReceived()` processor
infrastructure. When no spec is configured, exchanges pass through without
validation, which is the documented behavior for the `validate` operation (see
the 'unmatched exchanges' section in the docs). The implied minimum count
mechanism ensures that indexed specs set a minimum expectation, so a developer
who configures specs but sends fewer messages still gets a failure.

Review Comment:

   Already fixed in the current code.
`CitrusValidationProcessor.buildReceivedMessage()` checks for `StreamCache`,
converts to String via `exchange.getIn().getBody(String.class)`, and resets the
stream with `sc.reset()` — so downstream processors can still read the body.

   Already fixed in the current code. `writeBackExtractedVariables()` filters
out Citrus internal variables with the `citrus.` and `CITRUS_` prefix check,
and also skips keys that already exist in exchange properties (to avoid
overwriting route state). Only genuinely new variables (e.g., those extracted
via `@variable('name')@`) are written back.
