## Summary Backport of #757 to `camel-karaf-4.18.x`. #757 is still open on `main`; the two commits were cherry-picked cleanly (no conflicts) and squashed. `camel-cxf` unconditionally required `http-whiteboard` (and therefore a running pax-web/Jetty), which is only needed for the OSGi Servlet Whiteboard-based CXF servlet registration. Following the pattern of `camel-cxf-jetty` and `camel-cxf-spring`, this moves it into a new `camel-cxf-whiteboard` feature (`camel-cxf` + `http-whiteboard`). ## Changes - Remove `http-whiteboard` from the base `camel-cxf` feature. - Add a `camel-cxf-whiteboard` feature. - Add the `camel-cxf-whiteboard-test` Pax Exam integration test. ## Notes - Should be merged only after #757, or be reconciled with it if that changes in review.
