Backport of #759 to `camel-karaf-4.18.x`. Refs #758 (does not close it: the issue is not reproduced yet). ## Summary Clean cherry-pick of 1445fca130ae1f0d2208a7bb49432941fb6c377f. Extends the `camel-jackson` Pax Exam test so the Jackson unmarshal runs against an entity that: - is annotated with `@JsonIgnoreProperties(ignoreUnknown = true)`, and - lives in its own bundle, separate from `jackson-databind`. The input JSON carries a property the entity does not declare.
