Review Comment:
Fixed in the commit "CAMEL-25805: Address review feedback - assert where the
accepted override fails rather than the absence of a wording". The test now
asserts the `IllegalArgumentException` and the `getKeyState is only supported
for stateful signature schemes` message that `statefulGetKeyState` produces for
the non-stateful ML-DSA key, which is where an accepted override of this
endpoint ends up (the old comment expected the missing `KeyLifecycleManager` to
be hit first; it is not, the key check comes before). A rejection of the
override itself, with any wording, now fails the test.
