Thanks Claus. 1. `batchUidValidity`: done in a8053abd206c. The exchange keeps the UIDVALIDITY of its own poll next to the UID and `mailToCommit` compares with that. 2. Done in the same commit: when the mail cannot be found again its idempotent key is removed or confirmed as `processCommit` does, and the WARN says which case it was (UID not read, UIDVALIDITY changed from X to Y, or no mail with that UID any more). New `MailConsumerMailToCommitTest` covers both; the two tests fail without the change. 3.
