messages in a ringbuffer: a listener that falls

that were overwritten (or expired).

Review Comment:
Done in 9224021e8268. I checked it in the 5.4.0 jar:
`MessageRunner.handleInternalException` returns false for
`HazelcastInstanceNotActiveException` (and `ClientReliableMessageRunner` for
`HazelcastClientNotActiveException`), so the runner cancels. A member sets
`shuttingDown` in `Node.shutdown` before it shuts its services down, and a
client clears `active` at the start of `doShutdown`, so
`getLifecycleService().isRunning()` is already false when the runner fails.
`HazelcastInstanceProxy.getLifecycleService()` returns a
`TerminatedLifecycleService` after the instance is gone, so the check does not
throw either.

`onCancel()` now only logs at DEBUG when the instance's lifecycle service is
not running or the CamelContext is stopping. A destroyed topic is still
reported. The listener gets the consumer's `HazelcastInstance` in its
constructor. New test `listenerCancelledWhenTheMemberShutsDownIsNotReported`
shuts the member down while the route is started and checks for 1 s that
nothing is reported. Without the check it fails with the report. The
upgrade-guide entry says this too. camel-hazelcast: 250 tests, 0 failures, 1
error (`HazelcastUserConfigSerializationFilterWarningTest`, the same as on
main).
