Note: 252c279e3b declares `jxmpp-util-cache` explicitly in camel-xmpp, as on #28263 (d59f575d82). This PR adds Smack tests too (`XmppSharedConnectionTest` with the fake server), and on #28263 CI's resolver left `jxmpp-util-cache` off the test classpath, so Smack failed to initialize there.
