Thanks for the review. Addressed the session-lifecycle issue by retaining tool-search discoveries across manual tool-loop steps on the same exchange, even without a session ID. Added `CamelOpenAIToolSearchSessionId` for sharing discoveries across exchanges, independently of Responses API conversation state. Also improved LangChain4j embedding batching and caching, updated documentation and generated metadata, and added regression coverage.
